Havas Street is seeking two experienced Team Leads who are certified to serve alcohol to represent premium beer brands. This is an ongoing sampling opportunity in Victoria County, Texas.

We’re looking to grow our team with strong leaders who can support ongoing off-premise samplings across Victoria County locations. In this role, you’ll lead by example—guiding your team while delivering responsible sampling and engaging interactions that bring the brand to life.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH OFF-PREMISE ALCOHOL SAMPLINGS!! MUST HAVE VALID TABC CERTIFICATION
Pay Rate: $36/hour | W2 Employee | Paid Weekly
Training: Paid 2-hour Zoom training (flexible scheduling)
Current AVAILABLE Shifts (two locations):
- Friday, May 8, 2026 – 11 AM – 2 PM, VICTORIA, TX 77901
- Friday, May 8, 2026 – 11 AM - 2 PM (can be 12 PM to 3 PM if it comes to it), VICTORIA, TX 77904
What to Expect:
• Travel to the sampling location
• Transport and set up event assets, including barrel, table, black tablecloth, and ice bucket
• Create fun, positive energy in the sampling environment
• Communicate key brand messaging
• Responsible sample distribution (in accordance with Texas legalities)
• Engage consumers and answer questions
• Distribute premiums
• Provide memorable interactions
• Encourage trial and drive sales
• Capture data/photos and complete reporting
• Tear down and clean up the footprint
Team Lead Responsibilities (in addition to BA duties):
- Submit recap reports and photos
- Manage inventory & product purchases with company card
- Ensure seamless event execution and staff coordination
- Check in with Client Manager and troubleshoot as needed
MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE PAID ZOOM NEW HIRE + BRAND TRAINING before WORKING (2 hours, flexible times).
Professional, polished, confident, and assertive (yet respectful) demeanor required.
Uniform: We provide a branded T-shirt. YOU provide your own nice jeans, white or neutral athletic shoes. Additional Requirements: Must have reliable transportation capable of carrying large barrels/assets, your own table, black tablecloth, and ice bucket (we’ll coordinate barrel pickup/delivery).
