Havas Street is hiring a Team Lead to represent spirit/liquor brand in Solvang, CA.

Pay Rate: $40/hour (W-2, before taxes) reporting $20.25hr
Paid training: Must be available for online training. Pay rate $37.50
Uniform: Uniform shirt will be provided. Must wear black pants + black closed toe shoes. Kit will be shipped to TL
Responsibilities:
- Creating fun energy within event environment
- Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities)
- Consumer engagement activity
- Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging
- Distribute premiums
- Provide memorable consumer interactions
- Encourage trial and drive sales
- Reporting (Data and Photo Capture)
- Answer consumer questions
- Pay for product using company credit card
Skills:
• Must be RBS certified
• Must be 21+
• Must be very outgoing, well-spoken, and reliable.
