Havas Street is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Field Manager to oversee sampling events and operations across Louisiana for a renowned adult beverage brand. This is a full-time salaried position with a start date of April 14, 2025, running through January 2, 2026, including a 6-week paid trial period. The ideal candidate will manage events, ensure compliance, lead a team of 20-30 Brand Ambassadors, maintain strong client relationships, and drive program success while meeting sales and promotional goals.
MARKET Louisiana (Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette) – Must be based in New Orleans or Baton Rouge (Baton Rouge preferred)
TRAINING Monday, April 14, 2025, 9 AM–5 PM via Zoom, with additional modules throughout the week
HOURS You MUST have a flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with varying hours week to week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sampling Event Management:
- Execute and oversee all aspects of sampling events (on- and off-premise), ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and state regulations.
- Manage local storage units, including staff uniforms, giveaways, and promotional materials.
- Strategically schedule and staff events, registering off-premise events with the state as required.
- Attend events consistently to ensure success, stepping in as a Brand Ambassador when needed.
- Manage team credit cards and local budget; submit monthly financial reports, including market product spends.
- Complete program reports (event recaps, photos, and key performance data) and submit weekly payroll reports, even during holidays.
Brand Ambassador Team Management:
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of 20-30 local Brand Ambassadors.
- Coach the team on key talking points, sampling legalities, and best practices.
- Provide clear direction and mentorship to ensure team preparedness and performance.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local sales teams, distributors, key accounts, and event locations.
- Maintain responsive, documented communication and foster positive relationships.
- Provide weekly updates to the Regional Manager on market goals and progress.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST BE LOCAL to New Orleans or Baton Rouge (Baton Rouge preferred).
- 3+ years’ experience in field event marketing, with 2+ years managing programs in the adult beverage industry (on- and off-premise execution).
- Extensive knowledge of the Louisiana market territory (Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette).
- Proven experience managing and building a team of 20-30 Brand Ambassadors.
- Reliable vehicle required (van, SUV, or hatchback with fold-down seats for transporting assets).
- All offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check & motor vehicle report.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfort driving daily.
- Must be 21+ years old and TIPS certified (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

- Results-driven, highly organized, and willing to go above and beyond in a non-traditional role.
- Experience with special event logistics is a significant plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region consistently.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- $1200-$1250 (per week – based on experience)
- $50/month for cell phone and $50/month for internet (prorated)
- $60/week mileage reimbursement (prorated)
