What You’ll Do

Lead Market Execution

  • Oversee and execute all local events and program tactics across the market

Build Strong Local Relationships

  • Serve as the primary local contact for the sales team and maintain strong working relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • TIPS Certified
  • At least 1 year of management experience in the spirits or beer industry

Havas Street is hiring part-time Logistics Support staff to assist our Field Marketing Sampling Team for an exciting spirits and beverage program running this fall.


We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on individuals who enjoy being on the move, supporting event logistics, and playing a key role in bringing brand experiences to life.


Market: New York (covering Long Island City, Farmingdale, the boroughs, and select upstate areas)

Program Dates: October 27 – December 26, 2025

Training: November 3–7 (Virtual + In-Person)

Hours: Vary by week (must have schedule flexibility)

Pay Rate: $30/hour + mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile (2025 standard rate)

Positions Available: 2–3


Responsibilities:

- Support local field marketing programs while adhering to safety and operational guidelines

- Assist with warehouse management (inventory organization, kit assembly, and box breakdown)

- Assemble and distribute kits and maintain accurate asset inventory

- Drive to designated locations to complete kit drops, pickups, and event support

- Support on- and off-premise event logistics and product demos as needed

- Provide occasional on-site event support in both urban and rural areas


Requirements:

- Must be local to the New York area

- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

- Comfortable driving daily between markets

- Able to lift, load, and move up to 50 pounds

- Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic

• Complete Recaps (Data and Photo Capture)
